List a real hot water system, part or service, identify it accurately, show every known fault, and set a real price. Safety, licensing and compliance claims need evidence, not guesswork.

Welcome here

✓ Hot water systems - electric and gas storage, continuous/instant gas, heat pump and solar - plus complete tanks and cylinders, new or used
✓ Genuine parts and spares: heating elements, thermostats, PTR (pressure and temperature relief) valves, tempering and mixing valves, sacrificial anodes, thermocouples, gas valves, seals and flue components
✓ Equipment with the exact brand, model, capacity, energy source (electric, natural gas, LPG or solar), age, condition and known faults stated
✓ Installation, repair and servicing offered only by people who hold every licence the work requires - a licensed plumber or gasfitter for installs and any gas work
✓ Wanted ads that clearly describe the system, part or brand being sought

Not allowed

✗ Stolen equipment, altered or removed serial, rating or compliance plates, counterfeit parts, or anything you cannot lawfully sell
✗ Recalled, electrically unsafe or illegally modified units, including items presented as usable when they are only scrap or salvage
✗ Systems with a corroded or leaking tank, a seized, missing or expired PTR valve, or other safety faults concealed by wording such as untested or as is
✗ Gas appliances or components offered to encourage unlicensed DIY gas fitting, or any advice to bypass licensed-plumber and gasfitter install requirements
✗ Claims that a system, a valve or an installation is approved, compliant or certified without current evidence that applies to that property and work
✗ Placeholder, joke, duplicate or bait listings, and listings whose real purpose is advertising an unrelated business
✗ Weapons, controlled substances, general household goods or anything unrelated to hot water systems or their installation and maintenance

Listings go live immediately and are reviewed after publication. Reported listings are checked first. We may remove a listing, restrict an account or ask for evidence when a claim affects safety, identity, licensing or compliance. Reports are not shown to the seller.
